HOW MANY GUESTS CAN SAN MARCOS RANCH ACCOMMODATE?
San Marcos Ranch can accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests, making it a great fit for both intimate celebrations and larger weddings.
WHAT CEREMONY LOCATIONS ARE THERE TO CHOOSE FROM?
Couples can choose from several beautiful ceremony locations, including the rose garden, lake, historic barn, lavender field, and rock garden. Each offers a completely different setting and feel for your ceremony.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PRICING WHEN WE BOOK THE VENUE?
Use of barn/rock garden/rose garden/lake gardens/lake decks.
Lighting the parking lot / use of golf cart for the handicapped.
Tables and chairs included depending on chosen wedding package to match guest count.
On-site staff person.
Use of firepit from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
CAN OUR WEDDING PARTY OR GUESTS STAY ON-SITE?
Yes! San Marcos Ranch offers on-site accommodations for 14 people, 2 RV hook-ups, and unlimited dry camping.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN VENDORS?
San Marcos Ranch has an extensive approved-vendor list for catering, bar service, rentals, photography, florals, transportation, entertainment, beauty, and more. Vendors outside the list may also be considered with prior approval.
WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE AND WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING NEED TO END?
Arrival times are based on each couple’s individual needs and will be outlined in your contract. Your contract will also include the required end time for your celebration.
IS THERE PARKING AND/OR TRANSPORTATION FOR GUESTS?
Yes, on-site parking is available. Shuttle transportation is also recommended, especially for larger weddings or guests staying off-site.
DO YOU ALLOW CAMPING ON THE PROPERTY FOR WEDDING GUESTS?
Yes, we offer 2 RV hook-ups and unlimited dry camping on the San Marcos Ranch property.
CAN WE SCHEDULE A PRIVATE TOUR BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes! Couples can schedule a private tour to explore the Ranch, see the ceremony and reception spaces, and get a better feel for the property before booking.
